As a life-long learner I am passionate about development, learning, and innovation. I assist my clients in building a sustainable competence strategy and becoming a learning organization by establishing ownership, engagement, and commitment to learning at all levels of the organization. I believe that organizations prioritizing learning and experimentation will motivate and engage employees.

Through empathy, listening, and stakeholder engagement I work continuously to build trust and deliver solutions which achieve positive results for both individuals and organizations I works with.

20+ years of experience

With over 20+ years of experience in my career as a business leader, project manager and consultant I have been responsible for numerous large and small transformation projects in the areas of learning, service design, technology adoption, digital transformation, and business strategy.

    Learning is the red thread throughout my career and personal life. Evolving how we learn and facilitating change through learning have always fascinated me and still do today. I am convinced that knowledge alone doesn’t change behavior and requires experience and an emotional connection to be impactful.

    Throughout my career,  I have often worked in technology environments and have always been amazed at the opportunities that technology brings. I understand also the challenges technology can bring when people´s needs and requirements are not considered. In my experience, design thinking can be a powerful approach to bridge this gap and develop solutions with the needs of the target audience in mind.

  • Being in nature reminds us that adaptability and learning are vital skills for success.

    Nature encourages me to keep learning and changing. I like to go for walks, runs, or hikes in my free time to relax and see things in a new way. I think nature teaches us to adjust and keep learning, which is also useful in dealing with the complex and always changing world we live in.
