Coaching is an effective way to reflect on day-to-day situations that you encounter as a leader and develop new insights and ways of tackling an issue.
Concept
Coaching sessions are typically one-on-one session of one hour duration and take place either in person or virtual. The focus is typically on areas such as self-awareness, communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Based on professional coaching standards such as ICF and IOBC, we support you with seeing the bigger picture, identify patterns and overcome challenges to develop a growth mind-set that will allow you to lead your teams more effectively.
