We follow the IDG framework, developed by over 4000 researchers, experts, and practitioners. The IDGs provide a practical framework for transformative capabilities towards sustainable development. The IDGs focus on collaborating with organizations, recognizing their potential to accelerate human growth, collective learning, and achieve systemic changes.
In the context of our services we are in the process of applying the framework categories to our learning offerings and coaching framework.
