With your leadership team and employees, we develop a competency and upskilling plan that enables you to facilitate learning, job shadowing, and on-the-job training.

Digital Upskilling & Training

While the pandemic fast-forwarded the use of digital tools such as MS Teams, Slack and others across the employee base, everyone has varying competence in using the full potential of these applications. Many organisations now introduce some form of AI and GPT but very few actually receive proper training. This leads to many wasted hours amongst employees trying to figure it out on their own. We help you with identifying which digital skills your employees need and plan and run team enablement sessions.

Getting Started with AI

We currently experience a hyper growth of AI applications and use cases and almost every organisation we work with has some baseline strategy in place. While many individuals see the potential of AI, only 1/4 of employees use it on a daily basis according to our survey of 30 Norwegian organisations. It is all about getting started and helping employees on the first steps of writing good prompts. We have run several workshops and virtual escape rooms to help employees get started on AI.
