While giving feedback might seem daunting, especially the annual performance type, only 14% of employees feel yearly reviews truly inspire improvement. Regular, positive feedback, however, boosts employee engagement fourfold according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/gallup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Gallup<\/a> &#8216;Re-engineering Performance Management&#8217; survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognising this, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAAgKyUBLnXHVNLI8nt2VNLUre7Rj7f30g8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/catherine-lemar%C3%A9chal-031858\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Catherine Lemar\u00e9chal<\/a> and I recently designed and delivered a 2,5-hour workshop for a global senior leadership team at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/equinor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Equinor<\/a> focusing on practical role plays and our custom SBI-F model which focuses on specific behaviours and their impacts when giving feedback.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image aligncenter uagb-block-f8bf581c wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-center\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/innov-8.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SBI-F-Model-300x300.jpeg ,https:\/\/innov-8.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SBI-F-Model.jpeg 780w, https:\/\/innov-8.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SBI-F-Model.jpeg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/innov-8.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SBI-F-Model-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-8120\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" title=\"SBI-F Model\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The session received fantastic feedback, showing how essential continuous positive reinforcement is.
